Deprecated nugget package AutoMapper.Extensions.Microsoft.DependencyInjection

Motivation for or Use Case

Trying to make the solution clean and uptodate.

Reproduce the error

Create an app using JHipster.net blueprint and we see the warnings about deprecated nuget package AutoMapper.Extensions.Microsoft.DependencyInjection
