Adding a folder that is too large permanently breaks this.

I accidentally added my parent photos folder, so the app started hanging when it tried to load it. I tried restarting it several times, and restarting my PC as well, but it wont responding ever. I suspect that it is trying to load this folder over and over again. How do I make it stop trying to load this? Reinstalling it didn't work, and deleting temp files didn't work either.

How large is the folder? Have you tried waiting for a few minutes?

You can reset the settings by opening the Registry Editor and deleting HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\taggui\taggui (if you're on Windows). Then you will be able to select a different folder to load.
