USB announcement needs to be configurable

If there is a config file, use that vs supply own.

In corporate setting devices are subject to audit - a device like this might work, but if detected will result in bad outcomes.

User needs to be able to override defaults to pretend to be something else, ie logitec keyboard mouse - ideally supplied by user in a config file.

If jetkvm sees config, use that vs supplying its own proprietary info.
