Would it be possible to provide in the documentation some basic information about the evolution of the file format in the course of time / Fulgor versions + info on how Fulgor treats older index versions?
There has been a lot of development recently, and from the user perspective, it's a bit challenging to understand which indexes can be used with which version of the software.
For instance, would indexes built with Fulgor as of 10 months ago work with the latest version of the program? What happens if we use an index built with an older version? Will it just fail with a random C++ exception (empty int vector or st like that), or it will work, but the results will be incorrect? Or it will correctly fail with an info message stating that this is an older version of the index, which needs to be rebuilt?
