Add support for Bitbucket Cloud

We started using Jenkins-x back in 2018 and we felt we made the right choice even though the team was still developing it we knew they were on the right track. Our GIT provider is Bitbucket Cloud and even though we had to go through several hurdles we got Jenkins-X to work (thanks to the support of core team members).

yesterday we learned that Bitbucket Cloud is not been supported anymore https://jenkins-x.io/blog/2020/06/08/lighthouse-goes-ga/.

We would like this Bitbucket Cloud support to be added.

FWIW bitbucket cloud is really close now. Mostly the pending issue in go-scm is around auto-merging of PRs

I will take a look this weekend, and see what are the outstanding issues around it. We are close to getting gitlab integration working, so bitbucket cloud will be next ...
