Feature request: support gitee (gitee.com) as git provider in lighthouse.

Dear maintainers,

May I ask for adding the webhook support of gitee (gitee.com) into Lighthouse? Gitee is a website which provide open-source repositories hosting services to the public. It allows Webhooks registering for repositories it hosted.

Here I found two sample gitee webhook implementations [1], [2], just FYR. Both of them use MIT license. Hope it helpful.

Yeah, I'd love to see support added, but I don't think I'm going to be able to do anything on it any time in the foreseeable future. For what it's worth, adding support mainly just means implementing support for gitee in github.com/jenkins-x/go-scm.
