When importing new IR card, keep the same screen.

Describe the bug
After I import a IR card through URL, the screen changes to the main menu, losing the card I was reading and then having to find it again.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any IR card.
2. Import a new one with Alt+3.
3. The main menu is shown.

Expected behavior
After I import a card, I expect to continue reading the current IR card.

Specs (please complete the following information):

• OSX
• Anki Version v2.1.5
• Incremental Reading Version 4.9.13

I'll see if there's a better way to handle this, but that behaviour was intentional. If I recall correctly, it was necessary because the deck summary was not reflecting the imported note(s).
