Documentation Update

This release simply updates documentation.

Add Print Controls

This release adds the ability to control if warning and error messages are printed. Additionally, the C API was changed to match the naming conventions used by the Fortran code.

Updated C API

The C API underwent reasonably significant changes in this release. Additionally, examples were included illustrating the use of this library from both Fortran and C.

Updated Build Script

This is a minor release that simply updates the CMakeLists.txt file to better deal with output directory issues.

Initial Release

This is the initial release.
