In order to help you we need some more information. What operating system do you have, abd what aspect of the installation process is giving you trouble?

also these are the system requirements from the end of the https://jasp-stats.org/download/ page:

To install JASP, you need about 4 Gigabyte of free disk space.
To run JASP, you need a minimum of 4 Gigabyte of memory (RAM). We recommend at least 8 Gigabyte, for big data sets 16 Gigabyte or more are needed.
No internet connection is required to run JASP.
The minimum display resolution is 800 x 600, while at least 1366 x 768 is recommended.
Supported platforms

JASP is compatible with most 64bit operating systems and processors from AMD, Intel and ARM. 32bit only operating systems and processors are not supported. In more detail:

  • Microsoft: We support what Microsoft currently supports, that is Windows 10 22H2 or higher (cf. Entreprise and Education and Home and Pro) and Windows 11 22H2/22H3 or higher (cf. Entreprise and Education and Home and Pro).
  • Devices with ARM processors² including tablets with Qualcom Snapdragon are supported in combination with Windows 11.
  • Apple: MacOS Ventura 13 or higher, with an Apple Silicon or Intel processors. iPad OS and iOS devices are not supported¹.
  • Google: Chromebooks from 2019 or later are supported. Android devices are not supported¹.
  • Linux: Distributions with Flatpak are supported.

¹ On unsupported platforms you can try the webversion linked above.
² ARM processors like Qualcom Snapdragon will run JASP in a slightly slower emulation mode on Windows (via Prism). The faster “native” support of ARM processors on Windows 11 is a long term goal.
