[Feature Request] Passport strategy for Alibaba's DingTalk

I would like to request to add Alibaba's Dingtalk Messenger (https://www.dingtalk.com/en) to the passport strategy.

Dingtalk has over 100 million users, and one of the major workplace app in China (considered as Alibaba's Slack). I would like to use passport for authenticating my internal app.

For the API documentation, you should be a Dingtalk user then go to https://open-dev.dingtalk.com/#/index
