bug: 3221225781 on windows

在window软件上模型下载不了，我只能复制model里的下载地址浏览器下载，然后改名移动到modeljs所在文件夹，我一问问题就出现apologies......反正一大串

是我自己配置出错了吗，如下图

@gibaoxi Usually, VPN is not required, you only need to turn it on if you are facing any issues while downloading. After downloaded, you can use any model offline (no internet required).
Can you help provide more details about the hardware / RAM that you are using?

Closing the nitro.exe process with code 3221225781 suggests the absence of the VC++ redistributables component in Windows.
If this is the case, it would be a good idea to add a check for this component in Jan's installer to exclude the possibility of repeating this issue and give users the opportunity to fix this problem themselves.

fyi, we have added the missing DLLs to the nightly build. The fix will be released soon. We will no longer depend on the VC++ redistributable components then.
