Harp seal resource tracking

The **harpTrack** repository contains data and R code to accompany the paper "The role of resource tracking in shaping harp seal migration across a changing Arctic Ocean" by W. James Grecian, Martin Biuw, Pearse Buchanan, Lars Boehme, Lars P. Folkow, Pierre J. Goulet, Tore Haug, Joanne E. Hopkins, Rachel Jeffreys, Ian D. Jonsen, Claire Mahaffey, Kjell T. Nilssen, Erling S. Nordøy, Aqqalu Rosing-Asvid, Garry B. Stenson, Alessandro Tagliabue and Sophie C. Smout.
