In response to #4748, I figured this would be useful.
Updates the documentation and adds a target
supportedto the makefiles that list out the platforms we currently support.I opted to remove the OpenBSD specific document since it seems unnecessary in addition to the current README.md. (there's a lot of overlap, and things like
