bug: [iOS] Page scroll freezes on first time to scroll page

Ionic Framework Version

• v4.x
• v5.x
• v6.x

Current Behavior

In iOS, when first scrolling a page, the scroll freezes midway. Subsequent page scrolls in any page work without issue.

Expected Behavior

Page should scroll smoothly.

Steps to Reproduce

After opening the app, scroll any page with a flick.

I believe this issue arose either with the iOS 15.3 update or possibly the Ionic Vue 6.0.4 update.
