Admin: filtering and search to invoices view #2124

/admin/invoices

invoices view in admin lacks any kind of search and filtering options.

Add options to search by

invoice nr
registrar (buyer) - dropdown like in other views
due date - date range
status (unpaid, paid, cancelled)
receipt date - date range (this may be possible to somehow join with the status search as the data is in receipt date column for both cases)
