data_extract - remove dependency on datasets

resolve_delayed should be based on the list of reactive (or not) data.frames instead of using whole FilteredData (datasets) object. Remove FilteredData dependency from data_extract,. To avoid the crash of the apps please create a new module and deprecate the old one.
