big batch of clothing ported from DeltaV #1786

thank god this is like 80% of my to do list knocked out

this pr adds 38 new clothing items, all sourced from DeltaV. (3 were retextured versions of upstream clothing that I decided to make into new items: salvage specialist jumpsuit/jumpskirt and head of security's campaign hat)

also did these miscellaneous changes, mostly in service of better integrating the new items —

  • nearly everything added to the uniform printer in some form

  • many things added to various job loadouts. notably i added outfits from chief justice, clerk, and prosecutor, which are not jobs we have; CJ went to hos, lawyer, and warden, clerk went to AA and lawyer and prosecutor went to lawyer. nothing is prestiged or whatever

  • syndicate lobbying bundle is now a filled form of the Cybersun Briefcase & the outfit replaced with the new Cybersun set

  • syndicate recruiter now wears Cybersun clothing instead of the generic trenchcoat

  • research director FINALLY has drip & it has a 50/50 chance to replace the original research director set in their dresser

  • AA has the paperwork belt; they had this in their DV iteration and i cleared adding it back with mq

  • plate carrier already existed (seems to have been ported as part of listening post but never placed anywhere) so that & the new durathread vest have a chance to replace the existing armor vest in lockers

  • all five armor vests are now in SecTech instead of SecDrobe. this is a deltav change that i generally agree with; the secdrobe is getting very bloated and the armor vests have utility outside of just being drip

  • security cadet starts with a durathread vest instead of an armor vest. this is a deltav change that i'm less certain of; the durathread vest is 10% higher blunt and slash resist but 20% lower piercing and 10% lower heat resist which makes it worse for most combat situations. i dont really fuck with combat balance outside of adding stupid joke items so idk about this one
