Add simple playlist feature #3

Ability to add new tracks to the end of the current queue by drag & drop
Ability to manage current queue through separate page
- Add tracks via open file dialog
- Delete tracks
- Change tracks order by drag & drop (will NOT be implemented because Tauri doesn't support simultaneous usage of the fileDrop and html+js drag&drop - "fileDropEnabled" generates problems when "true" for dragging and dropping elements in the HTML - The same goes for the "Draggable" and "VueDraggableNext" components [bug] tauri-apps/tauri#8581)
- Change tracks order using arrows
