BEGINRELEASENOTES

  • make delphes2lcio compatible w/ LCIO 2.14 again
    - by not calling ProcessFlag::decodeMCTruthProcess()
  • add higgsss and unknown to ProcessFlag
  • update logic in ProcessFlag::decodeMCTruthProcess() (from J.List, DESY)
