Each compilation method has its own way of compilation. For instance, CUDA Visual Studio files are CUDA version specific. Without this knowledge users won't be able to understand why the compilation fails.

Hi @techydeola , sure. Please create a separate markup file and put it inside doc directory. Then refer to this file from redme.md in the root.
