feat: Include remote dependencies from config files

Describe the feature

I think this would be nice but I do want to avoid also building local dependencies because that adds a lot of complexity and kind of ruins some of the portability of config files.

Basically config files in supported languages would have their remote dependencies built but not local dependencies.
