Is the Stop Viewer Broken? - no schedule (or real-time) arrival data is being shown

I'm not seeing any schedule or arrival data in the stop viewer routes listings. I'm seeing the behavior of empty route schedule data on both https://trimet-mod-dev.conveyal.com and https://modbeta.trimet.org/map/ (and local instances), which I'm testing with a TriMet hosted backend.

Secondly: is there a direct link in the app to bring up the stop viewer? For testing, would be good to have something like https://modbeta.trimet.org/map/?app=StopViewer&stopId=TriMet:7612&routeIds=TriMet:8,TriMet:94 (note that routeIds= is an optional param, which will open selected routes ... routeIds=* or routeIds=ALL would open all route schedule dialogs).
