LabeledSelect is not getting disabled if we disable the Fieldset

LabeledSelect is not getting disabled if we disable the Fieldset. However other components are getting disabled like LabeledInput.
Is this bug or some misbehavior ?

This is not necessarily a bug. This is happening because LabeledInput is a simple wrapper over the HTML <input> whereas LabeledSelect is fully custom built.

However, this is something iTwinUI can address in the future using React Context. For now, I would suggest explicitly setting disabled on LabeledSelect (as well as other form controls that aren't automatically getting disabled).
