Context:

  • We'll have made most of the critical changes to potentially support Cosmos scraping by this point - but I still I expect this to surface a bunch of issues and not to be a quick matter of "configure the scraper with this chain"
  • Essentially this is a catch-all to make any required changes to successfully scrape a Sealevel chain
  • Deploying to prod comes in a later issue

Success criteria:

  • in e2e tests, we're scraping sealevel chains, and this is confirmed by an invariant in the e2e tests. Similar to what we do on the EVM
