ability to add releases

Are there any plans to be able to include additional releases in the bosh init deployment?

We have a use case where we would like to provide some additional release tarballs and have them automatically injected into the manifest using file:// urls. This is similar to the way the bosh deployment resource rewrites your manifest to include local release tarballs.

We could do a pull request if you are interested in adding this functionality.
