Select UX and accessibility issues

Describe the bug

There are several UX and accessibility issues in the behavior of the Select component:

• Pressing the Label should focus on the Trigger
• The Trigger should not have focus when opening the Popover
• On exit/selection from the Popover the Trigger should be focus
