Can't install the package if use 'setuptool' version '67.2.0' #26

This is what happens when I try to install rawes package using the setuptool version 67.2.0:

[pipenv.exceptions.InstallError]: error in rawes setup command: ‘install_requires’ must be a string or list of strings containing valid project/version requirement specifiers; Expected end or semicolon (after version specifier)
[pipenv.exceptions.InstallError]: pytz>=2012f

So I have to downgrade the setuptool version 65.6.3 to be able to install the package.
