We need some more work on software products to promote in paper.

• Simple validator is on PyPi. https://pypi.org/project/relation-validator/ #9
  Update
• ASCT+B table generator - make more generic & release on PyPi #10
  • This needs to work entirely within pipeline. Suggest queries Ubergraph by default & uses networkX for transitive reduction - see https://github.com/INCATools/pandasaurus_cxg/blob/9521dd4133925c489a964d9b36d9df4813173f8a/pandasaurus_cxg/graph_generator/graph_generator.py#L319 for precedent.
• Make GitHub template for generating graph validation reporting repos  #11
  What would a CookieCutter or GitHub template pipeline do?
  - Run simple validation
  - Generate graphs showing compliance/alignment with CL, with suggestions for filling in gaps and options to include complete view @anitacaron to check whether this can be folded into validation lib without Makefile pipeline using OAK CL tool.
  - Generate OWL view (This differs from ROBOT view generated from seed if option chose to use input + suggestions only where input is invalid)
