As mentioned here, we are compiling openfhe_julia also for versions 1.6-1.7 on Yggdrasil.jl; however, OpenFHE.jl requires 1.8.0. So, we should disable compilation on Yggdrasil.jl for 1.6-1.7 next time.
And as 1.10.0 is LTS version, should we require it instead of 1.8.0? So we could minimize the workload on Yggdrasil.jl.

Yes, good idea. Please make v1.10 the minimum version for this and all other related packages. Compared to working on the paper(s), it's not super high on our priority list, though.
