removeAnySkin方法不能即时生效 #37

如题，换肤过程SkinManager.getInstance().changeSkin()方法无问题，但是换肤之后调用removeAnySkin方法还原，却没有立即奏效，需要关闭Activity重启才能恢复默认的。有没有哪位大兄弟知道怎么回事的？
