The problem

When a channel is offline it provides a working URL to the channel logo in the "entity_picture" attribute.
eg: https://static-cdn.jtvnw.net/jtv_user_pictures/uniqueidentifier-profile_image-300x300.png

When a channel is Live, the URL reported is incorrect, which causes anything referencing the attribute to break or show an image error.
Currently when a channel is Live a URL will show as:
entity_picture: https://static-cdn.jtvnw.net/previews-ttv/live_user_username-{width}x{height}.jpg

"{width}x{height}.jpg" being the issue.

(Might be worth noting that this is a capture from the live stream and not the channel logo image)

This has been an issue for quite some time.
How long, I am unsure.
