Consolidate pipe-wise PASS/FAIL reporting

Write a single log file to pipe logRoot that records the PASS or FAIL outcome for each recording that enters that pipe.

Ideally, propagate the log files from earlier stages of a CTAP tree, such that each log file has info for every file that enters the tree at the base level, stating PASS/FAIL at that level, plus if a recording FAILed, which level the FAIL happened.

This could be more or less easily integrated to CTAP_pipeline_brancher(), outputting a table with rows for recordings and columns for CTAP levels/pipes.

A global log that aggregates logs from all nodes of the CTAP tree could be saved to the crashLogRoot, but might be unnecessary.
