Set up according to the instructions in a VM ubuntu. However, i am unable to listen to any bluetooth connection. Anyone met with similar issue?

Can you listen to other bluetooth traffic in this vm with e.g. wireshark?

i couldnt do run command import bluetooth._bluetooth as bluez

which vm u using? i found out that one needs to connect their vm to local device bluetooth b4 it can work
