Look like youtube changed something, new cookies.txt only available less than 1 hour ?

Update: it less than 15 minutes ????

The issue seems to be related to being signed to multiple Google accounts in the same browser session.
Opening an Incognito/private window, and logging into Youtube and extract Cookies.txt it should fix this issue.
