Add package on nixpkgs

Making the pkg available on nixpkgs, makes it available for all distros using the nix package manager.

I can't seem to install this from nixpkgs. I can see it here but it doesn't come up when searching for it here and I can't install it with home-manager or the system NixOS configuration.

@2ver it looks like helix is only published on the unstable channel yet. There's some more information on various channels here, and if you use flakes, helix has a flake.nix you can use to install as well

Ah, my fault there; I didn't check the other channels in my search. I ended up going the flake route since my system config is already set up for that. Thanks for the response and for supporting nix!
