Describe the bug
The diagnose checks titled Check Disk Usage output warnings of the form:

[ warning ] Check Disk Usage: /dev is %!d(float64=100) percent full.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run vault operator diagnose with a partition which is over 95% capacity.
  2. The output should have a line of the format above.

Expected behavior
The percentage should be clearly displayed in the string.
