Remote connections using SSH

There is a new cool feature in 18.09.0. docker/cli#1014 It would be cool to see an ability to write

provider "docker" {
  host = "ssh://me@server"
}

In my use-case(s) this completely circumvents the need for docker-machine (and exposing docker engine). ☺️
