This PR updates the
Dashboard
,Media
andServiceBus
service packages to usehashicorp/go-azure-sdk
as a base layer rather thanAzure/go-autorest
- this is still flagged as a WIP since it's waiting for the downstream PR to land inhashicorp/go-azure-sdk
(which'll require the NewClient calls to be updated) - but should otherwise be good to go
