[Enhancement]: Support ED25519 and ECDSA keys for Transfer Server

I would also add that AWS added the support of multiple host keys (up to 10). Strongly interested in that too (as of now, if I am not mistaken, we can only provide a single key to AWS Transfer Family with Terraform).

The current aws_transfer_server.host_key attribute supports RSA, ECDSA, or ED25519 private keys even though the documentation says only PEM. I'll update that.

The additional keys require a new resource, aws_transfer_host_key.
