Problem

Starting a local node for the tests is currently done with editing some properties, due to compression issue with the latest images. This is a temporary solution, until hiero-ledger/hiero-local-node#166 is ready.

Because of this the dapp tests are not working properly. They have a workaround as well, which can be fixed with this issue.

Solution

Restore normal way of starting a local node.
