Problem

We currently lack a flow to easily deploy to mainnet using the new Helm Chart flow.

Solution

2 phase approach
Phase 1: Provide process to pick up from a release/x.y.z branch the newly tagged branch version and deploy to previewnet with manual steps
Phase 2: Provide self service option to describe desired deployment and have automated process kick it off.

Deployed and functional.
Guided automation will come later
