How to add new team members to resources

(these are instructions for the PMs. Please don't click on these links and request access)

  • Get their email address
    • Add them to the Google Calendar invite for team members
    • Add them to the shared Google Drive
      • Send them a link to the Roster
  • Once they have filled out the roster, add them to the rest of the resources
    • Add them to the Figma
      • Log into the Figma and click the + Invite Member
      • Add their email address (from roster)
    • Add them to the GitHub team]

If they are a PM add them to the following additional resources
