Joining the Team

Introduction

Welcome to the internship team! This guide will help get you up to speed on what you need to know to get started as a project team member.

Let's go!

1. Read the Introduction to the Project if you haven't already read it.
2. Make sure that you can make the appropriate meeting times.
3. Join the internship Slack channel and introduce yourself.
4. Slack us in the #internship channel with your Gmail address and we will setup an onboarding session for you which will include:
   1. Adding you to our Shared Google Drive
   2. You filling out the roster
   3. Adding you to GitHub
   4. Adding you to Figma
   5. Adding you to 1Password if needed

Meeting Times

1. All-team meeting Tuesday on Thursdays: 10 am PST
2. Research Meeting Tuesdays on Thursdays: 8 pm PST (only researchers need to attend)
3. PM/Org Meetings Monday 9:30-11 am PST / Thursday 9:30 am PST (only PMs need to attend)
