Overview

Aggregate all data for an internal testing final report following the guideline below

Action Items

  • Go over Miro board, Excel, and raw notes (if needed) to pull all the information for the final report
    • identify pain point relevant to the functionality/development of the product
    • how many users identified these pain points
    • identify quotes and make it clear (use italic)
    • summarize behavior and feedback when it's appropriate
    • note which screen/part of the letter generator the feedback was in response to
    • identify recommendations, if there were any
      • users
      • UXR team
    • Identify if other teams need to be involved
  • Place ALL these information in the relevant section of the report.
  • Discuss with the team and receive feedback
  • When the issue is complete - move to Ready for Review Column in the Kanban Board
