@ltung05 Hi Leroy,

Please provide an update on the issue:

  1. Progress
  2. Blockers
  3. Availability
  4. ETA

We need this for review by Monday. If you are pressed for time, please let me know so that I can find an alternate. Thank you!

I've updated the draft to include instructions for both the facilitator and participants. I would appreciate feedback for improvement before sending it to Roger tomorrow, April 26th before 12:00 pm PDT. Thanks!

@ExperimentsInHonesty I wasn't able to find any command equivalent to the Summos in MURAL (where you can bring everyone to one section of the board) so I suggested that the facilitator have the links to each section handy and send them in the Zoom chat when/as needed. Please review and advise if there's a better way. Thanks!

P.S. I know there's at least 2 places where screenshots would be helpful but my computer wasn't cooperating. I will try again tomorrow.

Hi Leroy,
Can you please log into the YJN gmail account and send the FigJam Tutorial Google doc (as the link below, not an attachment, it is set to viewer only) to Roger Valencia Ricardez. Please CC the YJN gmail and my gmail account as well.

You can use the following script or write something to the same effect:

Hi Roger,

Hope you are doing well.

Here are the instructions on how to run the FigJam session with the youth. We hope that these prove helpful. Please do provide us with feedback on how clear and helpful they are. We will use your feedback to improve on them.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

Best,
The YJN Team
