What the enhancement is

Relies on #158
Use the Events database to figure out which workshops are upcoming and which are past. Order workshops by date (soonest upcoming ⟶ farthest upcoming, most recent previous ⟶ farthest previous)

Why it could be helpful

This will help people discover upcoming workshops!
