Does not work on macOS 12.1

Thanks for creating this little app; it's a nice idea. Unfortunately, it does not work for me on macOS 12.1. Opt + key simply does nothing when when Metalt is running. Could this app be fixed for macOS 12, perhaps? If you have any tips, I could look into it myself even.
