[feature] Change all collectors to directly talk to graphQL

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the collectors talk to NATs while guacone talks to graphQL directly, due to the issue #731 . However, we've decided to table this for now due to the addition infrastructure required to run that. Thus a change we're making for now is to have collectors act like guacone where they will do the parsing locally and talk to graphQL directly.

Update guaccollect to have similar behavior to guacone as described above.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternative is in the solution as described in #731 but it is a very heavyweight solution for now - but eventually needed.
