What went wrong?

What happened:

  • On the overview page (Alerts & IRM / OnCall / Schedules) it shows On-call schedule [email protected] "Not on-call now" for all users
  • The mobile app also shows "Not on-call" for all users
  • There are multiple schedules defined and in each schedule at least one user is on-call.
  • Inside each individual schedule all relevant users are shown as on-call
  • All users are Admin users, all users are part of at least one active schedule/rotation, sometimes more than one

What did you expect to happen:

  • Team members are shown as "on-call" if they are currently part of one or more schedules/rotations

How do we reproduce it?

  1. Open Grafana OnCall and navigate to schedules
  2. Make sure you are part of at least one schedule in a timeslot that should be active now
  3. Check that it shows you as "on-call" inside the specific schedule in the top lane
  4. The main schedule timeline (Alerts & IRM / Oncall / Schedules) shows the user as not on call ("There are no schedules relevant to user").

Grafana OnCall Version

v1.3.112 (currently v1.7.0, behavior still the same)

Product Area

Schedules

Grafana OnCall Platform?

Docker

User's Browser?

Firefox 127.0 / Chromium / Mobile App

Just checked again. Not sure since when, but as of (at least) v1.8.13 it's working. Closing the ticket.
