Dashboard: Add zoom-in shortcut for graphs

What would you like to be added:
The ability to zoom in with a shortcut on graphs.

Why is this needed:
There is a zoom-out shortcut (Ctrl+Z) but no zoom-in.

Here's a list of current shortcuts (as of July 15, 2020, Grafana 7):

The issue #19194 you are referring asks for a zoom-in button. This issue asks for a shortcut to that button. I guess they are related.

We're in the process of moving Grafana feature requests to GitHub Discussions. This issue is being moved to Discussions or has been moved from our issues list, depending on where you're seeing this message.
